We start from first principles: your brief, your site and your budget are answered together at concept stage, so nothing we draw later has to be undone. Design development then settles structure, services and planning logic before working drawings begin.
What you receive is a documentation set with the detail contractors can price and build from, produced by a team with extensive experience across commercial fast-track projects and traditional architect-led teams.

Brief and concept
We work your programme, the site's constraints and the budget into a concept you can test with lenders, planners and the market.

We harden the concept: structure, services, cores and unit plans are coordinated so the scheme that goes to documentation is the scheme that gets built.

Our working drawings and specifications carry the detail to price and construct, keeping the design intact between studio and site.

Which building types does the practice design?
The portfolio spans retail and mixed use, multi residential and affordable housing: neighbourhood malls, a 4,000 square metre retail centre, residential towers up to twenty floors and phased developments of several hundred units, across Nairobi and Kiambu.
Do you produce the full documentation for approvals and construction?
Yes. The practice has extensive experience in design and documentation, and the working drawing sets are prepared both for statutory submissions and for contractors to price and build from.
Can architectural design be engaged without the other services?
Yes. Design, master planning and project management are offered independently, though most clients run them together so one practice stays accountable from sketch to handover.
