Design Assembly Architects Ltd is a professional consultancy practice registered in Kenya, with its studio at Peponi Plaza, Block C, Office 3, Westlands, Nairobi. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through designassembly.co.ke.
What we collect
When you send the enquiry form we receive the details you choose to share: your name, phone number, email address, the nature of your enquiry and your message. When you call or email us directly, we hold the correspondence you send.
How we use it
Your details are used to respond to your enquiry and to manage any engagement that follows. Enquiries about developments marketed by their own sales teams are passed to the relevant team so they can respond, and we note the source of the enquiry. We do not sell personal information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for as long as they are needed to handle the enquiry and any project that follows, and are then deleted or archived in line with our professional record-keeping obligations.
Your rights
Under Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019 you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where no legal or professional obligation requires us to keep it. Write to info@designassembly.co.ke and we will respond.
