The brief
Planet Coach Ltd brought us a high rise residential commission for General Mathenge Road: thirty two duplex apartments arranged over sixteen levels, with a swimming pool and resident amenities on the rooftop.
Our response
We made every home in the tower a duplex, which gives each residence two floors of living where a conventional stack would give one, and we lifted the pool and shared amenities to the rooftop with open views over Westlands. We deliver the project under full architectural services.
