The brief
We designed The Abode for Miaka Real Estate on Lower Kabete Road, one kilometre from Kabete Shopping Centre and ten kilometres from Westlands: studio, one and two bedroom apartments with completion set for April 2026.
Our response
We designed The Abode for buyers building rental income and long term value, pairing a compact unit mix with Miaka's property and rental management so ownership stays hands off. Sales and viewings run through the Miaka Real Estate team.
