The brief
This is one of two commissions Wafi Investments Ltd has trusted us with on 1st Parklands Avenue, planned as a mix of four, three and two bedroom apartments.
Our response
We balanced the three unit types so each floor carries a genuine mix of households, and we kept the plan slender so every apartment opens to light on at least two sides. Our full architectural services run through the project.
