Mivida Homes engaged us for an affordable residential development at Garden City: approximately 550 apartments delivered in phases across a mix of two bedroom, one bedroom and studio units.
Our response
At this scale the masterplan is the design, so we phased the development to grow with its buyers while the unit mix keeps entry points open at every budget. Our team carries the project under full architectural services.
